If your vehicle must be towed away from an accident it is your choice where you have your vehicle taken.
If your car is drivable after an accident you can bring it in to the Schlueter Collision Centre for a free estimate. No appointment is necessary.
The Repair Process
First we will inspect the vehicle and give you an estimated cost of repair.
If you decide to go ahead with the repair your insurance company will first review the estimate and give their approval.
Then the actual repair can begin. We will check to see if all required parts are available and place orders for any parts not currently in stock or available in the area. Throughout the process we will keep you informed of the progress and alert you of any delays.
When the repair is completed we will clean and road test it to ensure that everything is working properly.
Courtesy Vehicles
If you decide to go ahead with repairs you will likely lose the use of your vehicle for several days so we will help you arrange for alternate transportation. Many people have rental car coverage included in their insurance policy. If you have "Loss of Use" coverage than your insurance company will pay for a rental car and we can help you arrange for that.
We also have a limited number of courtesy vehicles that customers can use. When you bring your vehicle in our staff can check to see if any are available.
