This is my first foray into the automotive industry, from a career perspective – and I must say, I am enthused at the level of honesty, professionalism and integrity displayed here at Kitchener Fairview Acura. I have been here since the fall of 2011, and being pretty new to the business, I am a sponge! I am constantly asking questions to staff both in the service department, shop floor and sales, as well as bugging James (GM). I certainly appreciate everyone taking the time to field all my questions – there is such a vast array of technical and experiential knowledge within the group here…..it has made it easier for me to learn basic service principals.My goal here at Fairview Acura is to learn fast and well, and provide clients with the best possible service experience, quality and value for money – and also be the best at what I do….should be fun! dbridgewater@fairviewacura.com
